The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 123(FSH) "An Act relating to loans for the purchase of quota shares for fisheries in or off Alaska." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 123(FSH) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 123(FSH)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 30 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 6 Yeas: Barnes, Brice, Brown, Bunde, Davies, G.Davis, Finkelstein, Green, Grussendorf, Hudson, James, Kott, Larson, Mackie, MacLean, Martin, Menard, Moses, Nordlund, Olberg, Parnell, Phillips, Porter, Sanders, Sitton, Toohey, Ulmer, Vezey, Williams, Willis Nays: Therriault Excused: Hoffman, Navarre, Nicholia Absent: Carney, Davidson, B.Davis, Foster, Hanley, Mulder And so, CSHB 123(FSH) passed the House on reconsideration. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the House Special Committee on Fisheries letter of intent (page 547). There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 123(FSH) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
